01 / THE CONNECTED VIEWILLUSTRATIVE DATA

Where would a clearer
view help you?

You can start with a familiar business problem. Choose the closest match to explore a useful approach.

A useful first question is enough.

See how data analysis could help with a problem you already recognise, then decide whether a focused review makes sense.

More than numbers.
A view of the whole.

Spreadsheets. Systems. Records. Reports.
The value is in understanding how they fit together—and what they can help you decide.

01 / BUILD THE FOUNDATION

Get your data
working together.

Connect sources, resolve duplicates and create dependable data flows. Give every report a foundation you can inspect.

02 / REVEAL THE PATTERN

Make the complex
clear to see.

Explore performance, relationships and exceptions through visual analysis shaped around a real business question.

03 / TEST WHAT COMES NEXT

Turn a question
into an experiment.

Test forecasts, segments and unusual patterns against a clear baseline. See what the evidence supports—and where it stops.

Start with one defined problem.
Build from what the evidence shows.

01

Frame it.

Agree the question, sources and what a useful answer looks like.

02

Explore it.

Check the data, trace the gaps and choose a method that fits.

03

Make it visible.

Build an analysis or working prototype you can examine.

04

Put it to work.

Review the findings, agree the next step and hand over clearly.

YOUR FIRST ENGAGEMENT / DATA CLARITY REVIEW

One question.
A practical way forward.

A focused paid review of an agreed business question and selected data sources. Understand what the data supports, where it breaks down and what is worth doing next.

Scope, fixed fee, delivery dates and access arrangements agreed in writing before work begins.

A defined question
Agree the decision, sources, boundaries and what a useful result looks like.
A view of the data
Map the selected inputs, their definitions and the checks needed to use them.
A worked analysis
Inspect a visual answer, supported by the relevant records and known limitations.
A clear next step
Receive prioritised recommendations, a review conversation and an agreed handover.

BEFORE WE START

A few useful
answers.

What will it cost?

A Data Clarity Review has a fixed fee agreed against a written scope. The number of sources, access arrangements and complexity shape the quote. Any cloud, software or third-party costs are identified separately before you commit.

How long will it take?

We agree a delivery window once the question, data access and review points are clear. A focused review is scoped separately from a production build; the proposal sets out milestones and any dependencies on your team.

Does our data need to be clean first?

No. Finding missing fields, inconsistent definitions or possible duplicates can be part of the review. We explain what can be used, what needs attention and where the evidence is too weak to answer the question.

Can you work with our existing systems?

We start with the tools and information you already have. An agreed file export may be enough for an initial review. Direct connections depend on supported access, permissions and any supplier restrictions.

How do we share confidential information?

We agree confidentiality, permitted use, access, storage and retention before receiving data. Start your enquiry with the business problem; avoid emailing customer records, credentials or sensitive files before the sharing arrangements are agreed.

What happens if the analysis finds no useful pattern?

That is a valid finding. We explain what was tested, the limitations and whether better data or a different approach would help. A review can recommend stopping rather than investing further.

What do we receive, and do we have to continue?

The proposal defines the findings, visual analysis and handover materials. A review finishes with a clear recommendation; any further development or support is a separate decision. Inspect the fictional sample report.

A GOOD PLACE TO START

What would you like
your data to explain?

A report that never agrees. A pattern you can’t account for.
A question your current tools can’t answer.
